Coyoti provides software that lets a customer configure a maximum USDC budget for supported Spot markets. The current supported markets are SOL, ETH, BTC, TRUMP, BONK, JUP, NVDAx, AAPLx, MSFTx, AMZNx, GOOGLx, and METAx. Market availability and eligibility may change.
Paper mode starts with 10,000 virtual USDC for simulated use. It does not involve real funds, and any simulated performance is not a forecast. Live mode is separate. Funding and withdrawals are separate account actions; setting a market budget does not itself move funds.
You choose whether a supported market is enabled and the maximum USDC budget assigned to it. You may pause a market or change its budget, subject to USDC already in use, reserved, or otherwise unavailable. You are responsible for reviewing settings before saving them.
NVDAx, AAPLx, MSFTx, AMZNx, GOOGLx, and METAx are tokenized tracker certificates on Solana. They provide economic exposure, are not company shares, and carry no shareholder voting rights. We limit access when eligibility evidence is missing, expired, denied, or unknown, and may further limit availability to comply with law, provider requirements, security needs, or jurisdictional restrictions.
Digital assets and Spot markets are volatile and may lose value, including all capital allocated to them. There is no guarantee of profit or preservation of capital. Price changes, liquidity constraints, execution delays, technology failures, third-party services, taxes, fraud, custody, and legal or regulatory changes can affect outcomes. You are responsible for deciding whether the service is suitable for you and lawful in your jurisdiction.
Coyoti does not provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Information and software features are provided for general use and are not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
Keep your account credentials and wallet controls secure. Never share a seed phrase or private key. You are responsible for activity authorized through your account, subject to applicable law.
Plans provide one month or 12 months of access for the price shown at checkout. There is no automatic wallet debit. To cancel, do not renew after the current fixed term. Payment does not activate access until Coyoti receives signed provider confirmation for at least the minimum due. A duplicate payment or overpayment does not add service value and is not refunded automatically. Prices exclude network and provider fees. Contact support through the verified Coyoti Discord if a payment needs review.
We may update these terms or the offering. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the updated terms. For privacy information, see our Privacy Notice.
Pending, underpaid, expired, wrong-asset, wrong-network, unsigned, or mismatched payments do not activate or renew access. If a confirmed payment is not reflected in the app, contact the verified Coyoti Discord with the wallet address, provider invoice or payment ID, and transaction ID. Never send a seed phrase or private key.
Confirmed software access fees are generally final once access is activated. The catalog amount is the minimum due. An overpayment does not add service value and is not refunded automatically. Coyoti reviews a duplicate payment, incorrect amount, or confirmed payment without access individually when the customer provides verifiable payment evidence. Refund rights required by applicable law remain available.
Prices exclude network and provider fees, and exclude taxes unless checkout states otherwise. The checkout shows the payment amount and asset before approval. Customers are responsible for applicable taxes and reporting obligations.
